Slow Roll Week 23: Wade Oval

After a very damp Monday night that still found about a hundred of you daring enough to brave slick streets and a steady misting that vanished the longer we rode into the evening, we're back next week for the penultimate ride of our 2023 season.

We finished last season with the 1-2 punch of Wade Oval and Market Square Park, and we'll do it again this year. Join us in the oval, across from the Museum of Natural History, starting at 6 PM for a 7 PM ride.

The long-range forecast indicates a much drier time than last Monday, but chillier temps in general as we head into late October, so bundle up! It'll be clear, crisp and cold next Monday, but we'll all get through it.

We are always happy to see so many folks light their bikes up this time of year, and 2023 is no exception. We get a lot of comments from people who live in the neighborhoods we ride through in the fall wondering why nobody told them about the parade they just spotted through their living room windows. So keep it up! You're bringing cheer to the streets of a town that can sometimes use a little extra.
