Slow Roll Week 7: Public Square

We're headed back downtown for the seventh week of our 2024 season of free, inclusive social bike rides. Cleveland's landmark Public Square will be the place to be next Monday night as we set off into the night on two wheels for our last ride in June.

Join us at 7 PM on the north side of the square; we will have a limited booth presence due to traffic restrictions in the area along with ongoing construction issues and road closures related to the nearby Sherwin-Williams headquarters, but you can stop by and say hello any time after 6 PM.

We will have some folks from the mayor's office on hand to discuss the city's mobility plan and how that might affect all of us in the future, so feel free to stop in and ask them some questions about the city's commitment to bike safety and bike commuting in Cleveland.

Please note that this is an impacted trafic area even when things are relatively normal; plan to arrive early and cast your search for a parking spot over a wider area than you might normally. Free on street parking is generally available in various parts of downtown after 6 PM, but you may need to ride in a few blocks; good thing you've got a bike!

Better yet, skip the car entirely and get here either your own power or via public transit. Being in the center of everything, you have a plethora of transit options to take you right to the ride.
